| I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the B&B. Nobody told me that I would have to climb 90 steps to get to my room. The staff did not help me with my luggage. Nobody told me that I would be staying amongst residents. Nobody told me that I would have to walk 10 minutes to get my breakfast. The breakfast was very bad. I would appreciate some compensation as I do not feel that my stay was worth 560.00. Looking forward to hearing from you. | ||

| Itīs very uncomfortable to use a shower with no warm water, if you are waiting 15 minutes under cold water an you get for 3 minutes hot water and than cold water. This is not fine. | ||

| Il prezzo richiesto risulta nel complesso troppo elevato e ripaga esclusivamente della buona posizione rispetto al centro storico. La realtā della struttura appare lontana dall'immagine di lusso visibile nelle foto. La stanza si trova al piano 4° senza ascensore... | ||
